You’re always gonna be in our hearts Grandma! 

Dear Margaret & Jerry,  
I am so sorry for your loss.  I attended Bible Study  with Mildred at St Matthew.   Her strong faith in God and her family was an inspiration to me at Bible Study and serving with her on Communion to the home bound ministry.    RIP you were a good and faithful servant.   You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.   Carolyn Wooton.  


Mildred was always such a bright light at our Bible studies.  She always had such wisdom and insight or a great anecdote to share. She was just a blessing to be acquainted with and that certainly comes across in all the photos.  Throughout her life she had that same beautiful, winning smile; just giving out the blessing of Jesus she had within when she saw you.  I will certainly miss her.  She certainly leaves behind a great legacy of what the goodness of life is.  I think if you didn't believe in goodness or kindness or real love -- or God-- after you met Mildred, you would know it's all real.

Condolences from your cousins in the Higgins family.  We made many trips to Jersey City to visit the Burke family.  Uncle Tom & Aunt Mildred always made us welcome.  One time we went to the local high school to watch a school play.  Cousin Mildred sang a few songs during the the show.  She has a beautiful singing voice and she was the prettiest girl on the stage.  She & Fred created a super family of great people.  We will always remember her smiling face & her good humor.  Rest in Peace.

Peggy and I send our most heart felt condolences to the entire Coglianese family.  Over 40 years of friendship with Vinny, I have had numerous joyous occasions to be with and part of this fabulous family. A family that was created by Mr. and Mrs. Coglianese.  It is a family of love, talent, respect, tradition and character.  I was always honored to be included.  During those times I always saw the reverence by which the parents (Mr. & Mrs. Coglianese) were held.  That respect, that love, was generated by the true love that they had for their children.  I see that same deep love and affection in their children's actions with their families.  Mrs. Coglianese will be greatly missed.  But she lives on in each one of her children, grand children and great grand children.  You all are her blessings to the world.  Our thoughts are with you all.  Love, Del & Peggy

I am very sorry to hear of  her death.  I spent a great deal of time at the family home in Spring Lake NJ , Mary was my friend but once at Coglianese  home, you were friends  with everyone.  She was a wonderful mother to a wonderful family.

Mildred of Therese (devotional name), OCDS was a very much loved member of the Indianapolis Secular Carmelites.  She came to every meeting with joy and happy humility.  We will miss her deeply and be happy to be reunited with her in heaven someday.
