Joseph H. Warren, 92 of the Whiting section of Manchester Twp. passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was a machinist for DeLaVal Steam Corp., Trenton for 40 years, retiring in 1983. He was a member of the B.P.O.E. Elks, Bordentown for many years, a member of the Whiting Station Resident's Club and a congregant of the Community Reformed Church in Whiting. An avid hunter and fisherman, he was always a wonderful husband and father! Born in Philadelphia, he resided in Trenton for most of his life, moving here in 1995.
He is predeceased by his son, the late Thomas J. Warren in 1990, and his siblings, the late Marie Lane and the late Helen Smith. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Catherine C. (nee Cooper) Warren; his daughter, Elaine Hayden of Atlantic Highlands; and his siblings, Albert Warren & John Warren both of Philadelphia and a sister, Ann Moffatt of Forked River.
Friends may call from 4pm to 7pm Thursday, Nov. 14 at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting. The funeral service will be at 11am Friday, Nov. 15th from the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery, 1800 Hamilton Ave., Trenton.
