Joseph DeLorenzo

Joseph DeLorenzo, Sr, 75, of Whiting, NJ passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and resided most of his life in Roebling, NJ before moving to Whiting several years ago.

He worked as a steel worker for Griffin Pipe Company for 28 years. After retiring he worked for Carsense as a driver.

Joseph was an avid bowler. He was an Eagles fan and was also very much involved in fantasy football.

He is survived by his loving wife Eileen of 54 years; a daughter, Ann Williams and her husband Alonza; a son, Joseph DeLorenzo, Jr. and his wife Judy; two brothers, Louis Bontya and Richard Bontya; two sisters, Bernice Keller and Theresa Pellicore and three grandchildren; Michael Sugar, Jessica DeLorenzo and Joseph DeLorenzo, III.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting, NJ 08759.
