Dorothy Rascovar

Born in Brooklyn where she lived until moving to Whiting 30 years ago.

Prior to retiring she was a Comptometer Operator for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Manhattan.

Mrs. Rascovar was a member and past President of the VFW in Brooklyn.

She is predeceased by her husband Ernest who died in 1997.

Surviving are 3 daughters: Muriel Bremer and her husband Norman of Lugoff, SC, Lorraine Farrara of Staten Island and Linda Selby and her husband Jim of Riverside, CA. A brother Arthur “ Pete” Johnson of Whiting. A sister Elizabeth Loiacone and her husband John of Long Island. 4 Granddaughters: Monica Farrara, Stephanie Farrara and her husband Dustin, Deidre Sullivan and her husband John and Danna Bremer and her husband Bobby Timony.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Brigadier Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
