Tom Booth, age 72, of West Bloomfield, died of natural causes in his home on October 30, 2015. Tom was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 26, 1943. After leaving the United States Marine Corps, he was a successful builder and later transitioned to a long career in the banking industry. Tom was an avid golfer, die-hard Michigan State fan, and proud Marine.
Tom is survived by his only daughter, Shann; siblings Barbara and Rick; and the light of his life, granddaughter Marin. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed for his ‘tell like it is’ personality and generous heart.
Inurnment with Military Honors will be held Monday, November 23, 2015 at 10:00am at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan 48442.
A celebration of Tom’s life will be held later this month for family and close friends.
