Ronald D. Lazar of White Lake, passed away March 3, 2022 at 71 years of age.
Beloved son of Virginia and the late Emil Lazar. Loving brother of Ric (Mary) Lazar, Debra (the late Darryl) Sanders and Lori (Michael) Morley. Treasured uncle of Lance Sanders, Alyssa Lazar, Nicole Lazar, Jesika Adams and Lauren Niederhiser. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
Ron was a US Marine Veteran who earned a National Defense Medal and a Rifle Marksman Badge during his time of duty. He was an avid drummer and outstanding caregiver. He loved his home and enjoyed tackling construction projects, in which every project he completed was done with excellence. Ron was very close to his family and will be very much missed by all.
A memorial service along with military honors will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the time of the service at 1:00pm. Burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan
