Lyle E. Cook, age 71, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014. Mr. Cook is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Tella; his children, Christy (Scott) Herrington, Jerry (Christy), Wendy (Mike) Fredrickson, Dale McLaren, Wendy Mosella and Sam Junnila; his adoring grandchildren, Kayla, Matthew, Austin, Makenna, Andrew, Benjamin, Juliet and Vanessa. Mr. Cook spent his entire career in the construction industry, he was widely respected and loved by everyone he worked with. There will be two days of visitation at the Union Lake Chapel of Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake Michigan 48386. Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, December 12, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will also take place at the Funeral Home on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
