Lawrence Yost of Waterford, passed away July 12, 2023 at 75 years of age.
Beloved husband of the late Carol. Loving father of Matthew Yost and Meredith (Jeffrey) Angelinas. Proud grandfather of Alex and Eva. Brother of Carol (the late Steve) Palko.
Mr. Yost retired from General Motors after over 50 years of dedicated service. He was a devout catholic and member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. In his spare time he enjoyed boating. He will be very much missed by all.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins in White Lake. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake and on Saturday at the church from 10:00am until the time of the mass at 11:00am. There will be a K of C Rosary on Friday evening at 6:00pm at the funeral home. Lawrence will then be reunited with his wife Carol at All Saints Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
