Julia Marie LeBlanc, age 86, born July 31, 1931 in Steubenville, OH and passed away December 28, 2017 in West Bloomfield, MI. Beloved wife of her high school sweetheart the late John Earl "Jack" LeBlanc, married on October 1, 1949. Blessed with nine children Renee (Chris) Abbuhl, the late Jan, Don (Claudia) LeBlanc, Nancy (George) Croitori, Richard (Linda) LeBlanc, Brad (Deborah) LeBlanc, John (Maureen) LeBlanc, Mary (Scott) Niemiec, Julie (Patrick) McInnis, 28 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. Survived by sibling, Anthony (Laurie) Rinaldi. Julia is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Amelia Rinaldi, and her sibling, Richard Rinaldi. Julia’s interests included music, rowing, tennis, creative arts and dancing with her husband. She was a board member for the Open Door Outreach Center from 1981 to the present. Julia earned a Master’s Degree from University of Michigan in Social Work and went on to be employed by the Waterford School District for 15 years. Most notably, Julia was a deeply devoted Catholic woman of faith. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (Rosary and Sharing 6:00 p.m.) and Sunday, December 31, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. (In State 10:00 a.m.) at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins Road, White Lake. Burial at All Saints Cemetery, Waterford.
