Helen McIntyre, age 98, of Waterford, was born October 1, 1924 in Detroit and passed away August 29, 2023 in Commerce Township. Loving mother of Marianna McIntyre and the late Don (Mary) McIntyre. Proud grandmother of Tony (Debbie) Waxler, D.J. (Holly) Waxler, and Lauren (Jason) Klos. Treasured great-grandmother of Cole, Sara, Bella, Amelia, and Celina. Dear aunt of Michael (Diana) Kerchaert, Katie (Wally) Logusz, Nancy (Lew) Hersey, and Barbara (David) Lewis. Helen will be missed by numerous other family members and friends. Helen was preceded in passing by her parents, Cyril and Gertie Thomas; and her sister and brother-in-law, Dotty (Dick) Kerchaert.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 10:00am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00am at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake. Burial will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 2:30pm at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 25800 W. 10 Mile Road, Southfield.
