Charles Jackson "C.J." Futrell

Charles Jackson (C.J.) Futrell was born April 17, 1985 and was snatched from us on April 12, 2018.... We had him for 32 years. He leaves behind so much love...Mother, Kristan and her partner Mark. Aunties. Uncles. Cousins Jason, Jorelle and Jessica.The recent loss of his Auntie Janine and NiaNia MaryAnn were a great sorrow. So many family members that each held a special place in his life.

Life-long friends....preschool through this day, were his greatest joy. Working at Chadd's Bistro left little time for his passion of stand-up comedy with a wicked sense of humor. He had skills that each of us recognize in different capacities. His love for animals was legendary.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm. Memorial contributions suggested to the Michigan Humane Society to honor his beloved “Kitty” and half brother “Bentley”.
