We first met in 2004.  Without a doubt, Tony was the most true, unwavering, kind, funny, caring, supportive friend I've ever known. We first met at the Dealership (he in fiance; me in sales) It was there that he coached, mentored and pushed me to grow! Amazingly, I sold 15 vehicles in 15 days! (& never before did I sell) 

It was Tony who always reminded me that I was the one who first inspired him to buy that Harley! Well he had 2 or 3 (lost count) to my one & if anyone knew how to beef them up, it was Tony! Regrettably; we never made that ride together happen. I will always remember our conversations and the love he poured out with every word spoken. God must have needed you and your incredible spirit. I will miss him forever. 

May God's eternal light shine upon you and comfort all of you in this difficult time.

In this cut throat car biz we are in, Tony was truly one of the good guys.  My daughter  Michele and I worked with Tony at LaFontaine for years and he was just a great guy to work with and we became friends quickly.  Always smiling with a contagious laugh and always willing to help out or just spend a few minutes in his office shooting the breeze. He always kept "an eye" on my daughter and protected her from the "Blue Shirts",  when I wasnt around, lol.  Tony was just a great all around guy and I will miss him.

Loved this man and love this family. Tony always took time to ask how my family was doing during good times and bad. A genuinely caring person who passed so many of these traits onto his family. I will miss seeing you every week at Wonderland my friend. You will never be forgotten. We all have a new angel this week. Thanks for everything Tony.



I met Anthony in 1972 and we were best friends  until I moved down to Flordia in 1977. We lost  touch, but recently re-connected up on Facebook. He was such a wonderful, funny, loving and good  person.

We were lucky to have Tony as a neighbor. He always was working outside on his property either fixing things up or adding things to the outside. He always had time to say a kind word or greeting. He was proud of his family, his cars-especially his corvette, his Harley and his dogs. We will miss his smile and friendship.

I didn't know Tony long or well.  But I do know he was a wonderful, fun and loving husband to Bernie and all of his children.  An adoring grandfather.  He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.  Prayers of strength and support for everyone in family.

The best concert I’ve ever seen and it was because we went together. Dad so many of your traits will forever live on with me. I get told all the time I have your looks, your laugh and your passions. You will be with me for all of what life has in store for me. You are and always will be my best friend. Nothing can ever take that away from me. I’m so grateful for the Dad you are. The memories I’ll carry with me the rest of my life on earth will help.

Dad you are one of the hardest workers ive ever met. Not only did you work hard, you put pride into your work, but most importantly you taught others how to be the same.  You always had passion for your family,friends, your pets and always God! I'm sure the rainbow 🌈 bridge is amazing Dad when you came crossing over. I am so very shocked and saddened to hear of your passing, Anthony. We met when my family moved onto Arden Av. in Warren in 1973. You became a close friend of my brother (David) because I was 3 years older which was an eternity at that age. My sister became close friends with your sister (Marietta). I have so many wonderful memories of you guys coming over to our house and us coming over to yours. You would call out "David...David" instead of knocking on the door when you came over. I also remember the time you, David and I rode our bikes to Oakland Mall for a day of adventure. I think our families had some special times together as neighbors and kids. I'm glad that you were a precious part of my childhood memories and I will miss you.

My Deepest Condolences Bernie 😔. It seems like just yesterday I was just watching Tony playing with Murphy and Frankie. They are the most lovable and precious dogs. They gave him much joy. I am in complete shock to hear this news. Words cannot express how sad I feel for your loss. I pray that God give you His peace. The peace that surpasses all understanding, as you grieve the loss of your dear Tony. May you hold his memories close and  dear to your heart. God Bless You ♥️
