A homemaker and a resident of White Castle, she died at 12:10 a.m. Sunday, September 21, 2014. The beloved wife of the late Alvin A. Hebert Sr. and survived by three daughters and three sons-in-law, Cindy and Harold Himel Jr., and Nancy and Pierce Rodriguez all of White Castle, Catherine and Wade Harelson of Gonzales; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Alvin A Jr. and Kelli Hebert, White Castle, Stanley and Kathy Hebert, Plaquemine, and Blake Hebert, Cleveland, TN; four brothers, Percy Dupuy, Lennis Dupuy, Nelson Dupuy, Octave "O.J." Dupuy, and two sisters, Eyoula D. Brown, Selma D. Cedatol; 13 Grandchildren, Sherry H. Gaudet, Candice H. Couple, Michael and David Himel, Melissa Daigle and Ashley Villeret, Jennifer, Jonathan, and Jacob Harelson, Heather, Haley, Hillary and Brice Hebert; 3 step grandchildren, Danielle M. Gaudet, Nathan Merritt, and Morgan Hebert; 14 Great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Octave and Electa Landry Dupuy; a daughter, Terry Elizabeth Hebert; and a granddaughter Trisha Lynn Hebert; siblings Hazel K. Kliebert, Eunice D. Mayon, Wilfred, Tony, and Ronald Dupuy. The family extends a special appreciation to the caregivers of KSI Companion Care.
Visitation will Tuesday, September 23, 2014, 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle. Interment will be in the Grace Memorial Park in Plaquemine, under the direction of Ourso Funeral Home, White Castle.
