It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William F. Jirikowic (Bill) of Lakewood, CO on November 23, 2024, at the age of 92. Bill was born on July 2, 1932, in Kaukauna Wisconsin to Louis and Amelia Jirikowic. He was a Green Bay Packers fan, scientist and music lover, and worked in the oil and gas industry until his retirement.
Survivors include his children, Julie Jirikowic and her husband David Bercovici, Jane Regnier and her husband David Regnier, John Jirikowic and his wife Mary Ryan, and Jean Jirikowic and her long-time companion Brad Johansson. Also surviving are his loving grandchildren Ben, Andrew, Christopher, Sarah, Hannah, Megan, Madelyn, and Brendan; and five great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce in 2016.
The funeral service will be on Wednesday December 4, at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Jude’s Catholic Church, 9405 W Florida Ave, Lakewood CO, followed by the internment at 11 a.m. at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave. Denver, CO.
