Parents Robert Sr. And Alice and brother Edward preceded his death. He is survived by his sister Connie and brother Robert Jr. and brother-in-law Bob and sister-in-law Connie who was married to Edward. Billys' nieces and nephew thought the world of him as he did them. Shelly (LaLa), Sherry, David, Penny, Lacey, Matt and Rachael. He also had great nieces and nephews.
Billy was one of Gods special people and enjoyed life to the utmost. He loved the outdoors and especially campfires. He was loved by many and will be in our hearts forever.
