Virginia A. Tyler, 85 of Arvada, CO peacefully passed away on the morning of January 5, 2021 with her Granddaughter Katrina by her side. Virginia was born in Denver, CO on June 8, 1935 she is the daughter of the late Joseph Dardano and Rose Zangari. Virginia was preceded in death by her Husband Arnold Tyler, Son Joey Tyler, and 10 brothers and sisters. Virginia was the last of her generation to pass away.
Virginia is survived by her daughter Tammy of Wheat Ridge, CO. She had 3 Grandchildren Katrina, Josh, and Joe. She adored the 7 Great grandchildren as well as the many other grandchildren and great grandchildren she “adopted” along the way. Virginia also had many nieces and nephews, to many to name!
Virginia was always known for her love of animals, cooking and caring for children. You would hardly ever see her without a smile on her face. She would tell you stories from her childhood growing up in the Catholic Orphanage and how growing up was easy now. She loved playing Bingo, putting together puzzles, and playing cards. She could do these things for hours and never tire of them. When you came to see Virginia you had better had come on an empty stomach because she was going to make sure you left full. Virginia had a knack for making anyone she met smile. Virginia spent the last few years of her life keeping her caregivers on their toes with her witty, carefree, straightforward attitude. She was always catching everyone off guard with what she would say. Most of which can not be repeated! Virginia made a lasting memory in the hearts of everyone she ever met, from the beginning to the end!
Due to current Pandemic restrictions the Funeral will be limited to immediate family and friend’s. Please reach out to Katrina for information on the virtual service.
