Oh Virginia....  how I miss you.... . ..  .

Oh sweet Virginia. You were a true angel on Earth. You were loved by everyone.Your family and friends are so much better off of having you in our lifes. We will miss your smile, humor and great sense of style. Your crafts were envied by all. There is a special place in heaven for you. Thank you for sharing with us all.

I wish heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again.  I thought of you today, but that is nothing new.  I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.  I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.  All I have are memories and a picture in a frame.  Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part...God has you in His arms; I have you in my heart!

I want to convey my condolences to you all in the loss of a wonderful, caring, funny lady. She was special - A great person with a wonderful personality.
I worked with her at GMAC in Golden for a brief time. She kept me in stitches especial when she called her old friend and got an old friend of mine instead who had become a branch manager. Her conversation was hilarious and how we later laughed at the error. Days sitting near Virginia were always unforgettable. How lucky we all were to have been touched by her beauty and charisma.
 I can't think of anyone who will be missed more.
Please find comfort in all your wonderful memories of her charm and her humor.

My Dear Virginia,  I am so sad you're no longer with us, but the memories of our 47 year friendship will always be.  It began with working together, and didn't end when you went to Colorado.  Our shared birthdays, Christmases, calls, letter, cards and visits enriched my life so much because of your rare sense of humor and joy for living.  You were God's blessing when losing my husband and daughter, Leah.  And I have treasures from your talents of sewing, handiwork and crafts all around me, but I will miss your loving smiles, laughter and sharing of our lives.  God's blessing to your family that you loved so much.  I will see your there.

Virginia made the day at GMAC Golden a little brighter.  She always greeted you with a smile.  I met her in June 1989 and still have the basket and farewell note she wrote when I left for Denver on 9-1-90.  I always think of her with a smile; she will be missed.

My lans Virginia. This was not suppose to happen. You were my I Love Lucy and my dear beloved friend. How you were loved. You made friend so easily. Oh the stories you could tell. I share them over and over and get laughs everytime. I do believe my favorite is the beautician taking you out of a group to discuss whether your teeth were real because they were so pretty. You were so kind and giving and shared joy with many. Thank you for loving our family and making us a part of your holidays. I worked with Virginia at GMAC for many years.  She was the best receptionist we ever had and a very good friend.  You will be missed.  She talked about her husband BJ and her children often.  I know you all will miss her.  Hope you can find comfort knowing that you all were her life and sole purpose.

Virginia, you were my best friend from college. I will cherish all 30 years of our friendship. I loved your visits to Boston and Australia. You supported me through so much of life's ups and downs. You always made me laugh no matter how hard things were. You picked up my 2 dogs and me from the airport when we returned to live in CO. I will miss you so much dear friend. Rest in peace. I will always remember you.

I cannot believe this has happed to you and now you are gone! Even though we have lived so far apart for the last 30 years I have always known you would be there for me if I needed you. I will always remember those phone calls we had that always lasted way over an hour. We had to catch up!  My girls (Wendy and Jenny) and I will always remember your delightful laugh and quick wit.   Wasn't it funny how you and I could always find something to laugh about even when we were sad or depressed.  You were so precious to me. I am sorry that I won't be at your service, but the flowers we sent will remind you and all those there that we are thinking of you at just that time and you and they will know how very much we all loved you. Oh, how I would like to be able to sit down with you and RayAnn, share a cup of coffee, and a sweet dessert!! Now that you are in heaven with her be sure to tell her hello and save me a place.  We all have lots to talk about.  I know that as of this minute, even though you are missing those "boys" of your, that you are now truly happy!! Rest peacefully sweet friend until we meet again. I worked w/ Virginia at GMAC.  She made the work fun and enjoyable!  Nice to see she kept her smile!  She often spoke of her children and grandchildren.  It was obvious she had a lifelong love affair with them all.
