Ruth Walton

87, of Wheat Ridge, Colorado went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011. Ruth was born on Sept. 6, 1924 in Bowring, OK. She was the daughter of Earl and Grace Wassom. She married her childhood sweetheart, Bob, who preceded

her in death. They were married for 66 years. Bob and Sunny enjoyed life to the fullest. Sunny missed "my Bob" dearly.

She is survived buy her daughters, Patricia A. Walton, and Shirley, (Johnny), Mosher. She was the grandmother of Ryan (Freedom) Mosher, Robbie (Janet) Mosher, Michael (Tracey) Mosher; Great-grandmother of Sierra, (13), Peyson, (10), Nathan, (4), Jacob, (17 months), Sadie (1). Sunny is also survived by several extended family members and special friends. Sunny loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest which included special times/ trips with Bob. Many good friends, her church family,

travel, RV camping, trips on their motorcycle, square-dancing, crafts, Bible studies, bowling, and many, many wonderful times with family. Sunny was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family loved her very much. She was a good Christian woman who's life shined for the Lord. Visitation is Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011 at 3-6pm, at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Funeral will be Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, 9:30a.m. at Clear Creek Valley Church. Committal to follow at Golden Cemetery.
