I was saddened to learn of Ron's passing.  He was a wonderful and kind person and will be missed.  I knew Ron in the workplace and enjoyed knowing him.  P E

Helen Keller said that "What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love deeply becomes a part of us."  Ron believed in me and taught me how to be a good vendor.  He was patient, knowledgeable and a joy to spend time with.  The world was a better place with him in it.  I will treasure his memory and all that he taught me.

I have know Ron for over 40 years.  We became good friends and shared many fun times together, both in business and personally.  Ron was one of my best sources for commercial real estate information.  He was one of the most knowledgeable and ethical people I've known. Even though I left the Denver area three years ago, we have kept in touch by frequent e-mails and occasional phone calls.  I was shocked by his death and he will be sorely missed.

Ron has been my friend for 25+ years.    He was the knidest man.      He knew real estate.    I shall miss him.

I have known Ron since the late seventies when I was pretty new in the business at Mountain Bell.  An annual lunch at the Cherokee just wasn't enough time spent with him.  What a great guy!  Bill Prather

Ron was my mentor throughout my real estate career.  He was so knowledgable.  He was a great human being with a large heart and a ready grin.  What a teddy bear! Bill and I will both miss his devilish sense of humor and those great lunches at Racines.

I was so saddened to learn of Ron's passing and I extend my sincerest sympathy to Lisa, Allison, Ronnie and also Trudi whom I had all met. Though Ron and I had lost contact over the last two years, I always will have a special place for him in my heart. He was a wonderful man.

I was so sad to see Ron's funeral notice in the Post this morning.  I grew up with Ron when he lived on Logan St.  We reconnected at our 50th South High reunion.  He was always a positive, outgoing person.  It sounds like he has lived a fulfilling life and will be greatly missed.  My sincere condolences to his family.

I have known Ron my whole life, my dad and he were best friends along with Bob Spiering. There were times when I was little that I was a bit afraid of him because he was so big but as I grew up I discovered that inside was a kind and gentle spirit. Lisa- you are in my thoughts and prayers and please reach out to me if I can do anything for you.

Ron was one of my mentors at VanSchaack and Co.  He was fun to be with on those wonderful social occasstions and he was a great real estate professional.

Ron and I were friends for nearly 40 years beginning with our days at Van Schaack & Co in the early 1970s. We played many rounds of golf together, mutually enjoying the frustrations the game has to offer, even breaking a club or two. I will always appreciate our insightful conversations, his positive outlook on life, but especially his good humor. He will be missed by many.
