Richard Vernon Hedrick was born to Ira and Pauline Hedrick on February 2, 1931. Richard passed away peacefully in his home on May 6, 2015 in the company of his loving family. Richard is survived by his beautiful wife Linda L. Hedrick, his three sons Danny, Randal and Brian Hedrick and his wonderful daughter Jennifer Gilliam. He is also survived by his Grandchildren Joshua Creason, Sara Hedrick, Matthew Hedrick, Bradley Hedrick, Kayla Brockwell, Lyle Brockwell, Anita Baker, and his great-grandchildren Jayden Hedrick, Adalie Keyser, Chloe Jackson, Emma Rae Jackson and Jackson Creason. Richard was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard from November 1950 to October 1952.
Richards family would greatly appreciate donations to Halcyon Hospice in Richard's name.
