Philip Barton Walker 64, passed away Friday, April 5th, 2024. Phil had a love of Elvis Presley, traveling and westerns. He was always the gentleman and is remembered by all who knew him as a sweetheart. He is survived by his family: Mother Patricia Meine, Brothers Mike Kincaid (Debbie), Greg Walker, William Robertson and Sister Rita Caldwell (Roy).
