Born in Chicago, Illinois on November 19, 1954 and passed away with family by his side on May 8, 2013 in Lakewood, Colorado. He is survived by wife of 13 years, Michelle R. O'Brien, children Taryn O'Brien, Travis McIntyre and Trevor McIntyre, grandchildren Alesi, Anjolie and Tristan, by siblings Colleen, Kerry, Kathy, Karen and Jerry, numerous nieces and nephews and in-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents Maurice & Kathryn O'Brien. He enjoyed many hobbies including bowling, hunting, camping, boating and mooning. He was kind hearted, had an enthusiastic love for life and had a wonderful sense of humor. He will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Memorial Mass Saturday, May 18th, 11:00am at St. Jude Catholic Church, 9405 West Florida Ave., Lakewood. Since green was Patrick's most favorite color, please feel free to wear it in his honor. A reception will follow at Olinger Crown Hill Reception Center, 7777 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Taryn Rae O'Brien Donation Fund at any Wells Fargo Branch.
