Linda was born on May 6th, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan. She was adopted by Jesse and Helen Worboys and enjoyed a wonderful family life. She graduated from Michigan State University and following graduation, travelled in Europe for ten months!
Upon returning to the USA, she worked at Carson, Pine and Scott in Chicago. She moved to Denver and worked at May D & F as an assistant buyer in the jewelry department. She worked very hard and its there where her future husband James met her and dated for 6 months. James and Linda were married in Denver on September 18th, 1965 and their son Chris was born on July 28, 1967. It was a thrill to have such a fine son. James travelled selling jewelry for many years and Linda helped at jewelry shoes and doing the bookwork for the business. Their daughter Ann Newman was born on September 23rd, 1968 and Linda and James were so proud to have such fine children. In June of 1972, Linda and James moved to San Jose, California, where life was good, their family enjoyed the fine weather and good friends.
In 1978, the family moved to Twin Falls, Idaho where Linda worked in a nice store in downtown Twin Falls and James sold watches for Bulova. In 1982, following the death of James' father, the family returned to settle in Denver. From there, Linda ran a business called Vintage Reflections. She did very well for herself and the business until she became ill. Her last few years were spent at Clear Creek Nursing Home in Morrison, Colorado.
