Paul was born in Spokane Washington. He attended Gonzaga University and then transferred to and graduated from Washington State University in Pulman, Washington. He worked as an engineer. He remained a lifelong fan of both his college teams. Go Zags. Go Cougars.
He was a car guy and enjoyed driving his dream car, a Honda S2000 and riding his motorcycle. He followed Formula One racing avidly. He enjoyed music, especially jazz, and Miles Davis was a favorite.
He was kind and loving towards his mother-in-law, respected and admired his brother-in-law and valued his relationship with his wife’s extended family. He loved and supported his wife wholeheartedly.
Paul is survived by his wife of 42 years Jennifer Fowler of Aurora, his brother-law, Jim Fowler of Lakewood and his half-brother David Greer of Bridgeport WA. It was his wish that there be no memorial service. His friends can honor him privately by listening to Concerto de Aranjuez by Miles Davis and recalling a good memory.
