She worked as an RN and Bail Agent and was also an ordained minister who loved the Lord.
Jolene passed away May 16, 2016 at age 61.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wesley D. and Barbara D. Chapman and niece, Barbara Katy Chapman.
Jolene is survived by two sons Jason C. (Sarah) Crouse, Sr. of Searcy, AR, Caleb Martinez of Golden, Co, two grandchildren Jason Crouse, Jr. of Trevorton, PA, Kaitlyn Crouse and great-granddaughter Alexandria Purcell of Shamokin, PA.
She is the beloved sister of Duane "Dog" (Beth) Chapman of HI, Michael (Kelly) Chapman of CO and Paula (Frank) Hammond of TN; She is survived by 10 nephews, 6 nieces, other loving family and dear friends.

Jolene was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and so much more! We loved her beyond measure and will miss her always!
