Brother of Vernon (Denise) Vail; uncle of Alisha Vail, Geoff Vail, Sarah Vail; great uncle of Justus Vail & Dylan Harvey; nephew of Betty Vail & Mildred Held. He was preceded in death by his parents John Frank & Dorine Caroline (Held) Vail. Visitation, Sunday, 2-4pm, Funeral Service, Monday, 3pm both at Olinger Crown Hill, 29th & Wadsworth.
