Jackie was born October 25, 1936 in Denver, Colorado to Clyde and Georgia Rothfuss. She was the
second oldest of 5 children.
She grew up in the Denver area and went to North High School.
She married Robert Blake in 1952. They had 6 children. She worked for the city of Denver for over 20 years. After retiring she worked part time as a bookkeeper for Lakeside Amusement Park.
Jackie enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends. She also loved to travel with her sister and children.
Jackie is survived by her 3 daughters Pam (Rick) Bahl, Janet Richardson, Robin (Les) Merkel, 2 sons, David Blake, Bill Blake, 2 sisters Clydalee McComb and Nadine Riefenberg, 5 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Blake, one son
Clyde Blake "Butch", one sister Christy Rothfuss, one brother John Rothfuss and one son-in-law Hank Richardson.
