Howard T. Betts is survived by his wife Mildred L. Betts, his children Tom (Charlotte) Betts, Mark (Bonnie) Betts, Jerry Betts, and Steven Betts, his grandchildren Tammy (David) Harmon, Dean (Josie) Newton, Cindie (Randy) Stevens, Nicole Betts, Matt Betts (Jamie Wilson), Billy (Rhonda) Betts, Aaron (Kim) Betts, and Elisa (Jeremy) Roth, his great-grandchildren, Kevin (Mystique) Harmon, Jeffrey Harmon, Israel Harmon, Logan Harmon, Samantha Betts, Jason Newton, Krystal Rose, Brittany Newton, Josh Betts, Alex Betts, Niko Stevens, Alia Converse, Emily Converse, Bryton Converse, and Spencer Betts, his great-great-grandchildren Isabella Walters-Betts, and Molly Gioso-Betts, and his brother Bill Betts. He is preceded in death by his daughter Carolyn Betts Holland, his grandchild Vernon Betts, his great-grandchildren Cal Stevens and Bryan Newton, and his brother Charles Betts. He was a member of the Lion’s Club, Park County Sheriff Posse, and he was a volunteer firefighter for the Platte Canyon Fire Department.

Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Tues. with services at 11:00am on Wed. and entombment to follow, all at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery.
