Harry “Denny” Denewiler, age 93, died on February 25, 2019 in Denver, Colorado. He is survived by his sisters, Phyllis Turner of Raleigh, NC, Marjorie Markley, Lawrence, KS, and Sharon Doran Leavenworth, KS; daughters Kathy Kingery of Silverton, Texas, Martha Lair of Littleton, Colorado, Karen Watson of Denver, Colorado and Lisa Ripperton of Littleton, Colorado, 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Helen, daughter, Susan Lindsay, and brother, Richard Denewiler.
Denny served as an elder for the Bear Valley Church of Christ for 42 years. He worked at the Denver Board of Water Commissioners for 37 years, retiring as Chief of Plant.
Memorial services will be held at Bear Valley Church of Christ at 10:30 a.m. on March 4, 2019.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Bear Valley Bible Institute or York College.
