Greg L. Archuletta 84, passed away on June 4, 2023. He was born March 8, 1939 in Silverton Co. and moved to Durango Co around 1950. He graduated from Durango High School in1958. He later moved to Golden Co.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Walter Padilla, Bill Archuletta, sisters Ina Perez, Shirley Siek, and Gloria Aragon. Ex wife Yvonne Archuletta.
He is survived by niece, Elva (Clarence) Jaramillo, Lisa Hubert, nephews Mike Stratton, Matt and Sam, and Phil Perez, and brother-in-law Bob Siek. Ex wife Barbara White and seven stepchildren. He had a close relationship with Shawn Spence.
He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1962-1966. He worked at Coors Brewery for 35 years. Greg was an ambassador for the Hispanic community at Coors. He was an active member of the American GI Forum and was very involved in the Democratic party.
In his retirement he loved traveling and spending time with family and friends.
