She attended Bloom High School in Chicago Heights, IL and graduated in 1971
Debra graduated from University of Nebraska with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in nutrition becoming a Clinical Nutritionist.
She operated her private practice from 1986 until present. She was a passionate practitioner. People's health and well being was vital to her.
She loved the outdoors. She was an avid skier, both snow and water, but especially water skiing. She loved where she lived because the view of the mountains and a nearby lake soothed her soul.
She married her husband in August 2002. Together they shared a life of love, companionship, travel and the out-of-doors. A recurring destination was Lake Powell, often times with friends.
She was a member of Arvada Covenant church.
She was predeceased by her mother and by a son, Ryne Moreland.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Cain, of the home, and her father and stepmother Barbara; a son, Morgan Anderson (Bobbie), four grandchildren, Jordan, Payton, Tanner, Dawson; her sisters Mary, Chicago Heights IL, and Jennifer, Chicago Heights IL.
