82, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2016 in Golden, Colorado. He is survived by his loving family; his wife of 56 years, JoAnn, his children; Bryan (Noreen) Raley, Ken (Marianne) Raley, Kathleen (Dural) Parish, and Keith (Jenni) Raley, seven grandchildren; Kyle Raley, Adam Raley, Hunter Parish, Regan Parish, Lola Raley, Jake and Kate Raley, and a brother Jack Raley. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Willie Belle Raley, and a sister Martha Peak.
Services Tuesday, September 27, 2016, 10am in the Pavilion of Reflection, at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033. He will be laid to rest at Ft. Logan National Cemetery with military honors by the United States Air Force.
