Ava passed away 4 hours prior to her 102nd birthday. She is survived by her very best friend Martha, son Jerry Forte, grandsons Rik and Joe (Laurie), great-grandchildren Emily (Chris) and Joseph (Katie), great great-granddaughters Emmerson and Danika and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be from 5-7pm on Fri., with services at 11:00am on Sat., both at Olinger Crown Hill. She will be laid to rest at Oak Creek Cemetery on Mon. at 12:00pm.
