Anthony proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Following the war, Anthony returned home to Sheridan, WY where he worked for 7 years at the Holly Sugar Factory. He then moved to Denver, CO where he met his wife Donna and starting working for the Gates Rubber Company. Anthony retired from Gates in 1985 but was restless. He soon became the most beloved janitor with Jefferson County Public Schools and was there for 4 years.
Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Donna; children, Toni Lynn, Jerry Alan (Kimberly), and Joe Larry (Jennifer) Kukuchka; grandchildren, Tyler, Luke, and Zander; sister and brother in law, Wanda and Jerry; nieces and nephews, Kathy, Jim (Cindy), Dave (Sue), Nancy (Fred), and Dolly; and many other family and friends.
Anthony is preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Suzanne Kukuchka; siblings, Mary, John, and Helen; son, James; and grandsons, Zak and Cole; nephew Brent; and nieces Beth and Nicole.
In honor of Anthony's life, we invite everyone to wear Denver Bronco Attire. He has been a season ticket holder since 1963 and truly a die hard fan.
A visitation for Anthony will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 9:00 to 10:00am, a funeral service from 10:00 to 11:00 am, at Olinger Crown Hill Chapel of Peace, 7777 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. A committal service at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery following the funeral service.
