Age 2, went to the Angels on September 16, 2012. Alyssa is survived by her parents; Jeanette & Isaias Chan-Tapia, brothers; Adrian, Jose, Orlando Salas, and Fernando Ayona, her grandmother Ida Tapia, and numerous uncles and aunts.

Services, Friday, September 21, 2012, 10am, at the Pavilion of Reflections located on the grounds of Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery.
Alyssa will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
