Helen Winnifred Eggum

Helen was predeceased by her parents, Clifford and Minnie Gallinger; husband of 56 years, Norman Eggum; in laws, Kristian and Alice Eggum; brothers, Donald (Georgina) Gallinger and Marvin Gallinger; sister, Elaine (Larry) Phillips; brothers in law, Andrew Bisson, Richard Kater, Reginald Eggum, and Melvin Eggum; sisters in law, Dora (Ron) King and Ellen Fehr.

Helen will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Audrey (Larry) Dinius of Weyburn, SK; daughter, Beverly (David) Katschke of Weyburn, SK; son, Bradley (Roslyn) Eggum of Halbrite, SK; daughter, Janice Scrimbitt (Brad) of Elbow, SK; grandchildren, Jamie (Becky), Sandra (Marc), Norma (Kevin), Naomi (Joel), Rodney (Jen), William (Stephanie), Anthony (Nicole), Justin, Shawn (Kendall), Tyson (Phoenix), Riley, Jennifer (Landon), and Michel; 31 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother, Armond Gallinger; sisters, Elda Kater, Jean Gallinger, Edith (Lorne) Ferguson; sister in law, Viola Gallinger; brothers in law, Kris (Sharon) Eggum, Nels (Elaine) Eggum; sisters in law, Sharon Eggum, Gladys (Ernie) Lokken as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. The Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace United Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Reverend M. Barnabas officiating. For those unable to attend the funeral service in person, you can still view it by logging into, “Fletcher Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services” Facebook page. Lunch followed service at Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 47, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Interment took place in Halbrite Cemetery, Halbrite, Saskatchewan.
