George was predeceased by his parents, Otto and Charlotte Warthe and wife, Colleen Warthe.
George will be forever loved and remembered by his son, Jim (Faye) Warthe of Weyburn, SK; daughter, Sandra Carrier of Kamloops, BC; grandson, Jason Warthe of Lloydminster, AB; grandson, Aaron (Carolyne) of Airdrie, AB and their children, Hope, Foster, Griffin and Felix; grandson, Michael (Shaunalea) of Airdrie, AB and their children, Kyra and Harley; great great grandson, Cruz as well as many friends.
A Graveside Service & Interment will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Marjorie McLeod officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of George may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation at 1738 Quebec Avenue Unit 26, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7K 1V9.
