Patricia Patti"" A. (Procaccini) Torbicki

Patricia “Patti” A. (Procaccini) Torbicki, 46, of Newington, was taken away too soon by a senseless act of domestic violence on Thursday, September 21, 2017. Born in Hartford on October 28, 1970, she was the beloved daughter of Michael E. and Patricia A. (Gordon) Procaccini of Newington. Patti attended Manchester Community College, studied for her BS in Healthcare Administration at Charter Oak State College, and was a Claims and Membership Specialist at New England Health Care Employees Welfare Fund. She was a Sunday School teacher at Mill Pond Church and also a vocalist in their Worship Group. In addition to her parents, Patti leaves behind her son, Donovan who was her most precious gift and greatest love. She also leaves her sister, Maxine Procaccini of Newington; her twin sister, Michelle Douglass and husband Scott and her two nephews, Maxwell and Logan Douglass and niece, Sierra Douglass, all of Maine, as well as many friends and co-workers. Patti was truly a kind, loving and devoted person who believed there was good in everyone. Her love and faith in God and people will be with us always.

Calling hours are Thursday (September 28) from 4-7 p.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield. Funeral service will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Mill Pond Church, 2175 Berlin Tnpke., Newington with the Reverend Joel L. Rissinger officiating. Everyone is asked to please go directly to the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patti’s memory may be made for the education of her beloved son Donovan.
