Orlando Figueroa Colon

Orlando Colon, age 70, of Hartford, Connecticut passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024. Orlando was born in Juan Diaz, Puerto Rico and was the son to the late Francisco Figueroa Colon and Maria Esther Natal Colon. Orlando will be remembered for his love of family and passion of food and dancing. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially over family gatherings. He always had a smile for everyone.

He is survived and will be missed by his sisters; Frediwilda Alvarez and her husband Angel Luis Alvarez, Carmen Morales Colon (predeceased by husband, Genero Morales), Norma Rivera, Brunilda Ruiz and her husband William Ruiz, Milgdalia Rivera and her husband Juan Rivera and Betsy Colon, his brothers; Hector Luis Colon and his wife, Ivon Colon and William Colon and his wife, Karen Kershaw-Colon, as well as, many nieces and nephews.

Please join the family on Thursday, October 17, 2024 for a time of visitation from 10 -11 a.m. at Templo Fe Church, 1019 Broad Street, Hartford, followed by his Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
