Maria Dibacco

Maria (DiGiannantonio) DiBacco, 70 of Hartford, loving wife for 49 years of Mario DiBacco, died Monday, (October 30, 2006) at Hartford Hospital. She was born September 21, 1936 in Raiano province of Aquila, Italy and was the daughter of the late Rocco and Antonina (Arquilla) DiGiannantonio. She was a seamstress in the Hartford area for many years. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Sandro DiBacco and his fiancee, Mariella of Hartford and Luciano DiBacco and his wife, Diana of Wethersfield, two brothers, Domenico DiGiannantonio of Raiano, Italy and Venanzio DiGiannantonio of Bensenville, IL, two sisters, Lucia Schiavitti of Leominster, MA and Eva Cesarone and her husband, Dario of Morton Grove, IL grandchildren, Dina, Stefanie, Melissa, Cristina, Giuseppe and Rita, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lorenzo DiBacco and his wife, Diana of Hartford, Vittorio DiBacco and his wife, Vittoria of Wethersfield, Maria DiBacco, Erminia Cerasani and her husband, Giovanni and Maria Iacobucci and her husband, Umberto all of Hartford, and Settimia Civitareale and her husband, Francesco of Italy as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Dante and Vincenzo DiGiannantonio. Funeral service will be Friday at 9 a.m. from the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, Wethersfield. Entombment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Calling hours are Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
