Katrina, my thoughts and prayers are always with you! Jonathan was an amazing person and this is hard, I know much more for you than anyone. Travel safely to the light Jobathan, you are an ancestor now. 🤎🤎🤎

This is one of the best photos i have of Jonathan. The moment John knew I was back, he scooped me up grabbed our boy Kenny and we caught up on old times. I am in so much pain thinking about not hearing his laugh, his jokes, or his wisdom. He was my biggest inspiration, mentor, confidante, and friend. I know he would not want me to cry but I can't help it from time to time. I just know that one day the reunion of all reunions will see us reunited. Rest well my friend.

Sharp and debonair was our dear brother.  As authentic as they come.  You couldn't sum him up with just a few words.  We will miss him immeasurably!  And he was THE perfect match for our girl Katrina.  I'm so overwhelmed with sadness over the loss of Jonathan in all our lives.   At the same time, we are truly grateful that he was with us.  
So many extraordinary memories...laughter, real conversations, festivities...and simply enjoying life with his wife and all those who he loved.  Too much...too much more we could say, and not nearly enough time to have shared with you.
 Rest in peace, Jonathan.  May you rest eternally with our Heavenly Father.

I’m still lost for words, and I my heart is in pain, I’ve known JP for years growing up in Norwalk, we always knew each other but really became close in the late 80’s, he, Chuck and our friend Tyree would get together and have a fun time telling jokes, just laughter and man the conversations were funny.  JP and I really took our friendship to another level in past eight years, we reconnected, and it was truly a blessing to have him in my life, I will miss our early morning chats about life and what we both wanted for our futures

RIP My friend, you are loved by many and will be missed!

It broke my heart to hear the news of your passing.  I'm glad that you had the chance to travel the world and enjoy life to the fullest.  You told me how you and Katrina met,  and how she was the love of your life.  What you two shared most people are in search of.   As I told you when I last seen you, that I was so happy for you and Katrina.  We sat and chatted a bit reminiscing the good ol' days and you said how out of all the people I never change towards you, I treated you always the same.  That will reside with me always.  Norwalk, has grieved yet another beautiful soul.   Katrina, my sincere condolences to you and the entire family.

Rest in Heavenly Peace my nephew.  You will be sorely missed.  I'm absolutely heartbroken that you left the physical world so soon, you had so much more to do.  You wanted to start a nonprofit to teach young boys to fish and to just be gentlemen.  Hopefully someone in your circle of influence will take the baton. Finding the right words to express my deep feelings of sorrow can be a challenge .  However,  please find comfort in knowing that friends share your pain. RIP to a wonderful man yes Katrina you are blessed to have had a beautiful man in your life I know he kept everyday special I met Jonathan in junior high school and went to high school with him it was so fun being around him my family also liked him many of days he would come to our house and many other friends to play basketball or play music I will truly miss him .

I regret that I met Jonathan only once, but I’ve seen and heard your interactions during our calls enough times to know that you two shared a deep, old school kind of love. I’ve been enjoyed watching the videos yourself and loved ones have shared, and I can see that he was the life of any party. Jonathan had a vibrant personality and it’s clear that his love for you was so, so deep and genuine. What a blessing. I grieve with you and your family, and I pray that you feel God’s love and comfort during this time.
