Francis Martin

Francis Thomas Martin, 61, of Wethersfield, beloved husband of Diane (Hetu) Martin, passed away suddenly, at home on November 27, 2021. Francis was born in Hartford on December 17, 1959. He grew up in Bristol, CT.

He has his Bachelor's Degree in Science from Siena College and his Bachelors of Science Physician Assistant Degree from King's College. He worked as a Physicians Assistant for over 30 years. In addition, he served in the Army Reserves as a Medic and has served on the board of Connecticut Academy of Physicians Assistants from 1989 to 2001.

His biggest passion in life was spending time with his family. Watching his children grow and being a part of their lives meant everything to him. Enjoying vacations to Martha's Vineyard, and revisiting Newport with his wife. He was at every Friday night football game for 14 years cheering on his children who were in cheerleading and band.

In addition to his wife of 25 years, Francis sadly leaves his children Aubrey Poisson (26), Zachary Martin (23), and Caleigh Martin (22).
