Steven James Borchers, Sr., on Monday, July 23, 2018, of Midland Park. Beloved husband of the late Deborah Marie Borchers. Devoted father of Brian Ryan, Steven, Jr. and Jessica Pandel. Adoring son of Dorothy and the late Herman Borchers. Dear brother of Richard and the late Diane Desch. Loving grandfather of Faith, Jakob, Skye, Meadow, Leah and Maya. Born in Westwood, he grew up in Hillsdale and lived in Jersey City, Edison and Washington Twp. before moving to Midland Park 8 years ago. Steven was the all-time great butcher with B & M Market, Park Ridge. The family will receive their friends on Thursday, from 6-9 pm at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood. A funeral mass will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, 69 Valley Street, Hillsdale.
