Ruth L. Beyer

Born in Nodaway, Iowa and raised in Morehead, Iowa; Ruth moved to Park Ridge, New Jersey, where her husband was a teacher. She resided there most of her life before retiring with her husband Clayton, to Lakewood, New Jersey, in 1995. In 2018 after Clayton passed, Ruth moved to Cedar Crest in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, where she lived for five years, enjoying many activities. Prior to retiring, she was a homemaker and a teacher’s aide for the Pascack Valley Board of Education, working with special needs children.

Ruth was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Clayton. She is survived by her 4 children: Janene Weaver and her husband Bob, Jonelle von Autenried and her husband Ron, Lori Fuentes and her husband Ruben, and Carol Cropley and her husband Andy; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and will be truly missed.

A private funeral service will be held.
