Michael J. Cusack, 90, of Teaneck, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Anne (nee Longstreet). Father of Deborah Williams, Deirdre Cusack and Jennifer Cusack. Grandfather of Kenneth, Timbrook and Noah. Born in Cork, Ireland, he came to New Jersey in 1947. Before retiring, Michael was an editor for Scholastic Inc, wrote educational books, and was a Newspaper Guild representative. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 pm at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ. A service will be held on Monday at 3:00pm, in the chapel at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Dominic Academy, 2572 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07304.
