Margaret P. Mullen

MULLEN, Margaret P., 87, formerly of Twp. of Washington, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. She was born in Jersey City, NJ to John and Mary Rados. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence G. Mullen. Devoted mother of David Mullen and his wife Maryalice, and Kathleen Vereline and her husband Robert. Loving grandmother of Justin Mullen, Ryan Mullen and his wife Maggie, Mairead Dargel and her husband Mike, Thomas Vereline and Michelle Vereline. Cherished great grandmother of Audrey Grace Mullen, James David Mullen and Brooke Cecilia Dargel. Before retiring, Margaret worked as a Medical Transcriber for Bergen Pines County Hospital, Paramus, NJ which later became Bergen Regional Medical Center. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Sunday, February 18 from 2-6PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Margaret’s life and faith will be held at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Hillsdale, NJ on Monday, February 19 at 11AM. Interment will follow at Westwood Cemetery, Westwood, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret’s name to the American Cancer Society.
