DiGERONIMO – Joseph P., 90, of Emerson, NJ on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Loving husband of 41 years to the late Ann R. DiGeronimo (nee Frapaul). Beloved father of Gina M. Eskow and husband Ray, Lisa J. Gannaio and husband Michael. Adored grandfather of Kristen, Nicole and Michael. Devoted brother of the late Angela, Carmela, Rosemarie and Pat. Joseph received his BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering at NJIT. Early in his career, he was granted two patents related to toothpaste. Joseph was Founder, President and CEO of Virgo Plastics, Inc. in Garfield, NJ before retiring. He was an active member of American Legion Post 269, Assumption Church, the Knights of Columbus, and the Emerson Seniors. Due to the pandemic, funeral services will be private.
