LODISPOTO, Joanna H., 83, of Westwood, NJ, passed away on Thursday, April 18th, 2024. Joanna is survived by her beloved husband Nick; her daughters Joann Cowling of Westwood, NJ and Lisa Norris of Township of Washington, NJ as well as 3 grandchildren.
Joanna was born in Brazil and moved to Brooklyn, NY with her uncle Raymond. She worked as seamstress on Myrtle Ave. before becoming a full time homemaker. Joanna met her husband Nick as a young teenager and they wed in 1963 before moving to Westwood, NJ in 1974.
The family will receive guests at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Thursday, April 25th from 3-7PM. A Celebration of Joanna's life and faith will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 26th at 12:30PM with entombment at Westwood Cemetery to follow. Memorial contributions can be made in Joanna's name to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
