Jessie Stellon

Stellon, Jessie, 85, of River Vale, NJ, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, March 27, 2016. She was one of ten children, born in the Bronx, to Wong See and Ning Chen.Jessie worked at Metropolitan Life and in the family Pharmacy, but she took the most pride in caring for her family. Loving, caring and always smiling, she welcomed all with a delicious meal and a bowl of ice cream regardless of the hour. She treasured holidays with her family and the annual Chen family reunions in honor of her mother.Beloved wife of 63 years, to Romano Stellon. Devoted mother to Debra Connolly (Mark), Andrew Stellon (MaryAnne), and Wendy Farinelli (Joe). Cherished grandmother of Mark Connolly (Michelle), Allison Stevenson (Jay), Nicole Connolly, Jessica, Andrew and Brandon Stellon, Joey and Tommy Farinelli. Loving great grandmother of Abigail, Kaitlyn and Emily Connolly and Hunter Stevenson.Survived by siblings, Grace Lum, Ann Chan and Peter Chen. Predeceased by Ruth Wong, Helen Yee, George Chen, Richard Chen, Catharine Jue and John Chen.Visitation will be held at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ, on Thursday, March 31 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. A service will be held at Westwood United Methodist Church, 105 Fairview Avenue, Westwood, NJ on Friday, April 1 at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
