James Aliano

With overwhelming sadness, the family mourns the passing of James Aliano of Hillsdale, NJ after a valiant year-long fight with pulmonary fibrosis. Survived by the love of his life and best friend of over 50 years, wife Linda, and his children John Aliano of Hillsdale and Karl and Jamie Klouda of River Vale. A devoted and doting "papa" to his three grandchildren, Bella, Juliana and Cole Klouda; and loving brother to siblings, Joseph, Richard, John and Patricia. Uncle to many nieces and nephews and a friend to everyone he met.

"Mr. A" as he was known to his community had an uncanny ability to bring joy and laughter with his endless jokes and stories. He was beloved by all and we find solace in knowing his presence will have a forever impact on those who were blessed to know him.

A Visitation for James will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ 07675. A Memorial Mass will occur Friday, July 26, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 69 Valley St, Hillsdale, NJ 07642.
